In November 2022, EXEO Software House completed the design, development, and implementation of the new portal for the Municipality of Neapoli–Sykies, following the guidance of the municipality’s team to create a truly user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing website. The goal was to bring together all digital services into a single environment that would effectively serve both residents and visitors to the area.

The result was the complete redesign of www.dimosneapolis-sykeon.gr into a hub for continuous updates and a digital repository of information on every topic related to the municipality’s services and offerings. The site is well organized and designed with an aesthetic that allows users to navigate comfortably and easily locate the information they are looking for, whether from their mobile phone or their computer.

EXEO Software House continues to manage the municipality’s website, constantly improving the services provided and developing new digital solutions to meet emerging operational needs, reaching approximately 1.6 million active users since 2023.

The “Public Services Evaluation Report” of the Ministry of Interior, published last June, was a recognition of our work by the citizens themselves, who rated the Digital Services of the Municipality of Neapoli–Sykies as the best in the Thessaloniki Regional Unit, ranking 14th among all municipalities nationwide.

A few days ago, the Municipality of Neapoli–Sykies received the “Greek Green Awards 2026” award as a Best Practice for environmental protection, at the Verde.Tec exhibition in Athens. A key factor was the contribution of EXEO Software House in building the special voting platform, transforming the already highly successful municipal competition “Green Balcony, Terrace, Garden” into a fully digital process. Through the new “Active Citizen” section, citizens can submit their entries electronically, while the winners are selected through open online voting by their fellow citizens.
